CORE-AERATION: This process removes cores of soil to relieve soil compaction, and increases nutrient movement into the root zone.

OVER-SEEDING: Along with aeration, this is the most highly recommended practice for cool season grasses (Rye, Bluegrass, Fescue). We will seed the variety of your choice (Fescue recommended).

CRISSCROSS SLIT SEEDING: Mechanical process that cuts a slit in the soil 1/4 to 3/4 inches deep, drops the seed into the slit, and discs the slit closed for great seed/soil contact and germination.
