Courtney has been working behind the scenes of Spectrum for many years, taking on a full time roll in 2012. She serves as a point of contact for all aspects of client accounts at every level, communicates with clients and staff on all project planning, ensures daily operations run smoothly, and oversees all office interactions, responding to requests and concerns of vendors, clients and staff.
Kevin Hord
Production Manager/Sales Manager
Kevin began working with Spectrum as a lawn technician and quickly learned all aspects of the company growing into his position he now holds. Kevin oversees Spectrum’s production and sales operations and ensures employees, products and equipment have a positive flow to ensure safety and productivity. Kevin is the point of contact for training, licensing and maintaining open communications with all employees. Along with employees, Kevin meets with potential clients to provide estimates and is involved in the estimate process until the job is complete, helping to promote long-lasting relationships with each and every client.
